30 sec Left Glute Bridge

30 sec Hollow Hold/Rock or Supine Tuck-up

30 sec Right Glute Bridge

B. 3 Sets with ~10 sec between each:

40 sec Left Lunge to High Knee

40 sec Left Bent Over Row

40 sec Right Lunge to High Knee

40 sec Right Bent Over Row

C. 4 Sets with 10 sec b/w each:

30 sec Dual Suitcase Deadlift or KB/Skier Swing

30 sec Plank Object Drag Through

30 sec Lateral Shuffle or Grapevine

30 sec Rebound, March or Rest
