A. 3 Sets with 15 sec b/w each:

45-60 sec Left Turkish Sit-up

45-60 sec RightTurkish Sit-up

45-60 sec Hollow Hold/Rock or Supine Tuck-up

B. 4 Sets with 15 sec between exercises

45 sec Thruster

45 sec Blood Flow/Jump Rope/Rebounding/Step Jacks

C. 2-3 Sets with 8-12 reps each:

Bent Over Lateral Raise

Single arm Front Raise - alternating arms

Curl & Press

OffSite Training

Hike/Walk Outside/Stretch & Hydrate
