Nitric Oxide Release Basics Training (Live Zoom Class at 10a MST)

Option to wear B3 Bands the first 20 minutes of the training session. 

A. 3 Sets of 20-40 sec of each with ~15 sec b/w each 

Glute March 

March Half Squat with Front Raise 

Elevated Push-up 

Bicep Curl 

B. 2 or 3 Sets of 30 sec each with ~15 sec b/w each: 

60 sec Good Morning or Sumo Deadlift Practice 

30 sec Elevated Push-up or Plank 

30 sec Left Leg Lunge Stance or Pulse 

30 sec Index Finger Arm Circles or Step Jack 

30 sec Right Leg Lunge Stance or Pulse 

30 sec Lateral Step Over or Lateral Rebounding

Running High Knee or March 

Right DB Row 

Lateral Step Over or Lateral Rebounding

Strict HSPU x 5

B. Strict Press x 8-8-8; rest/stretch 2 min 

C. Push Press x 4-4-4-4; rest/stretch 2 min 

D. 4 Sets:  

8 Strict Dip 

8 Toes to Ring

8 Yoga Push-up 

16 Cal Bike
