5 Thruster - start moderately light and increase each set to moderately tough effort - NOT max

10 Push-up 

Airbike Cals in remaining time at 75-85% 

Rest/walk 90 sec 

C. B3 Bands: Walk/Run 10 minutes steady to moderate

D. B3 Bands: Cool Down Stretch Series 10 minutes
