400m Run or 0.75 Mile Bike
30 sec Strict Pull-up
30 sec Left Side Plank
30 sec Hollow Body, V-ups or Bicycles
30 sec Right Side Plank
30-60 sec Glute Bridge or Box Hamstring Curl

10 minute Cool Down Stretch
