Foot Drills + Stretch 5-10 min (Calves, Quads, Hip Flexors, Glutes, Hamstrings, Low Back, etc)

Blood Flow x 10-20 minutes 

+

2-4 Sets with 5-15 sec b/w each: 

30-45 sec Left Side Plank Rotations

60-75 sec Banded Glute Bridge or Elevated H/S Curl 

30-45 sec Right Side Plank Rotations

30-90 sec Stretch - (Double Knee to Chest, Two Knee Twist or Child’s Position Variation or Down Dog)
