Practice stillness. Take a moment (or several) outside and be still. Feel your body move as you breathe. Listen for the birds. Feel the breeze on your face. Quiet your mind and enjoy the moment. Practice presence.

OnSite Training (5:15a)

Foot Drills + Stretch 5-10 min (Calves, Quads, Hip Flexors, Glutes, Hamstrings, Low Back, etc)

Blood Flow x 10-20 minutes

3-5 Sets:

Driveway Carry of Choice (~100m)

Glute Bridge or Box H/S Curl x 10-15

Ring Row or Ring Face Pulls x 8-12
