Be creative with your fitness and the use of the outdoors. We can use a tree to stretch your upper body. Pause to feel the aliveness of the tree. Listen for the birds.
When we pause and connect with nature we support our healing and recovery from training and life! Our nervous system gets a chance to relax and take a break from the reaction and busyness of daily life.
We have an opportunity to shift from “survival of the fittest” mindset into “thrival of the nurtured” mindset. Each moment of each day it is up to us to pause and practice mindfulness.
Be curious what time outside and connecting with nature can do for the quality of your life and relationships, including the most important relationship, the one with yourself!
