Virtual Fitness Classes
Vitegrity Living offers live and recorded fitness classes designed to develop a foundation to support longevity and connect with others as part of an online community. These classes can function as your primary fitness program or as an enhancement to other training programs.
During classes you will be coached through a blend of lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, carrying and stretching exercises with a goal of supporting joint health, strength, balance, core control, mobility, and stamina. Thus enhancing your quality of life and improving the ease of everyday activities such as lifting or carrying children, pets, grocery bags, and more!
Our classes are appropriate for multiple generations from beginner to intermediate levels. Our basics classes are ideal for seniors, deconditioned or individuals with a history of injury. Current clients range between 28 and 82 years of age!
Fitness Essentials is lead by Coach Shanna Briggs, a Doctor of Chiropractic & CrossFit Level 2 Trainer who has over fifteen years of experience supporting seniors, athletes, deconditioned individuals and those with chronic injuries develop a positive relationship with fitness.
