Banded Glute Bridge or Box Hamstring Curll x 30-60 sec

Down Dog Knee to Elbow x 30-60 sec

Side-Lying Thoracic Rotation x 3-5/arm 

B. 3-5 Sets: 

30 sec Ring Row

90 sec Bike @70-85%

2-3 Minute Rest/Stretch

C. Cool Down Walk 5-10 Minutes + Stretch x 5-10 MInutes
