30-45 sec Right Leg Elevated Hip Extention or Birddog
30-45 sec Good Morning or Glute Bridge
30-60 sec Torso Rotations or Low Back Stretch from floor
B. 2-4 Sets with 15 sec b/w each:
30 sec Left Stagger Stance Overhead Press or Thruster
30 sec Left Bent Over Row
30 sec Right Stagger Stance Overhead Press or Thruster
30 sec Right Bent Over Row
C. 3-5 Sets with no rest b/w exercises:
30 sec (Elevated) Plank or Renegade Row
30 sec Step or Jump Jacks
30 sec (Elevated) Burpee
30 sec Rest or Rebounding, Dance, etc.
