A. 3 Sets with 15 sec b/w stations: 

Station One: 

30 sec Left DB Thruster

30 sec Right DB Thruster

Station Two: 

60 sec Lateral Box Step-over

Station Three: 

60 sec Carry of Choice  

Station Four: 

60 sec Down Dog Knee To Elbow

Station Five: 

60 sec Bike or Bloodflow or choice 

B. Clean & Jerk - take 10 minutes to build to a heavy effort for today

C. Drop ~10% of B and complete 3-5 singles with 60-90 sec rest b/w each.

D. Make up any sessions missed from earlier in the week or chill and stretch then spend time out of the gym ENJOYING life -- hike, float the river, read a book etc.
