A. 3 Sets with 10-15 sec bw each:
30 sec Squat or Sit-Stand

30 sec Right (Elevated) Side Plank

30 sec Left (Elevated) Side Plank

B. 3 Sets with 15 sec b/w exercises & 30 sec b/w sets:

30 sec Left Kneeling Torso Row

30 sec Right Kneeling Torso Row

30 sec Lying Flyes or Band Pull Aparts

C. 3-5 Sets with no assigned rest b/w each:

30 sec Thruster or Overhead Press/Reach
30 sec Step or Jump Jacks
30 sec (Elevated) Mountain Climber
30 sec Rest or Rebounding/Dance
