A. 3 Sets with ~15 sec b/w each:

90 sec Banded Walks

45 sec Left Arm Birddog

45 sec Right Arm Birddog

B. 2-4 Sets with 15 sec b/w each:

45 sec Reverse Lunge or Giant Step

30 sec Push-up

C. 2-4 Sets with 15 sec b/w each:

30 sec Burpee

30 sec Lateral Step-Over or Side Step

30 sec Renegade Row

30 sec Rest
